Description

Unwilling to allow one man unchecked power over the masses, yet fearful of creating the world's first democratic system, the Ancients of the kingdom of Sylas set up a a system both wise and fair.

"One man shall rule the land, but he will not be chosen by vote, nor by inheritance. The right to rule will be held in the hands of one intelligent and righteous man. This man will be called --- the KINGMAKER."

You are the Kingmaker. You will never rule this land as its King, but you will choose the man who does. Choose wisely and choose well, Kingmaker. The future of Sylas rests with you.

Awesome puzzle! I love the originality. Now the kingdom can continue to live ruled under ill-advised changing rulers. Hurray!

Game more than story. Interesting logic, but unless I'm missing something, unless you get lucky on the first one, you could kill an innocent. Also, even if you get lucky on the first one, an assassin's enemy is a citizen, but if you pick that citizen, one of their enemies is not necessarily an assassin, so you could still kill an innocent. Seems like it would be better if through cold logic you could completely avoid killing any innocents. I obviously got lucky.
